Landscaping is a vital part of most gardens and can often be used to dramatic effect. So, you might be looking for stones, cobbles, gravel or slabs to turn a corner into a stunning sitting out area or the base for a greenhouse or shed (don’t forget you can get those here too!) or you might want to lay down paths and walkways. Whatever your needs we are sure we’ll have what you need to do the job.
Over the next few months we are also working with local landscape designer Christopher Tessier to add more inspirational settings to the Patio Centre so if you don’t know what will suit your shady corner or sunny spot call in and be inspired.
We also carry a large stock of stone suitable for rockeries (and the outdoor plants section has all the alpines you would need for planting up a superb feature), walling and waterfalls.
The Patio Centre also offers top-quality turf, topsoil and much more!
Turf is sold in rolls which cover a square metre. Each roll costs £2.95.
To prepare your ground for new turf you should use ‘Ultimate Topsoil’ which costs £75 per tonne bag. Each tonne should cover 17 square metres to a depth of 1”. We offer free delivery on Ultimate Topsoil in the Greater Manchester area. Why not order your topsoil and turf together and we will deliver the lot free of charge within Greater Manchester!
Border soil is what you use for garden borders and the like. This is approximately 50% compost and 50% topsoil and costs £75 per tonne.

For postcodes beginning OL3, OL10, OL11, OL16, SK5, SK6, SK14 or SK15 plus M1, M4, M8, M9, M12, M13, M14, M19 and M24 we charge just £20 per delivery.
For deliveries to all other postcode areas we will be happy to deliver and quote you a charge before you purchase.
